Quantity is counted in units, not lots: one lot of Nifty 50 is 65 units, so a leg of one lot has a quantity of 65. The presets build each strategy around the index you pick, one lot per leg, at a round start level.

The chart shows profit and loss at expiry before charges. STT, exchange charges, SEBI fee, stamp duty and GST come on top; the brokerage calculator adds them up for each leg.
