F&O expiry calendar for Indian index options

When Nifty, Bank Nifty, Sensex and the other index options expire next, with holiday shifts already applied.

The rules in force

  • NSE contracts expire on Tuesday, BSE contracts on Thursday.
  • Weekly options only on Nifty 50 (NSE) and Sensex (BSE). All other indices are monthly: the last Tuesday or Thursday of the month.
  • If the expiry day is a trading holiday, the contract expires on the previous trading day.
