5paisa Capital Limited was incorporated in 2007 under a different name and took the 5paisa name in 2015.
The 5paisa digital broking business was demerged from IIFL Holdings, and 5paisa Capital listed on BSE and NSE in November 2017. Its registered office is at IIFL House in Thane.
